For years, I thrived in a fast-paced world, chasing success in the superficial fashion industry.
On the outside, I had it all, but inside, something was missing. I felt disconnected—from myself, from others, and from the life I thought I wanted.

It wasn’t until I discovered the power of breathwork and meditation that I began to truly reconnect with myself. I know what it’s like to push forward while something deeper inside feels out of reach. 

You might be navigating the same: a sense of unease, a gap between what the world sees and how you truly feel. Maybe you’ve reached success by conventional standards, but still feel like something’s not right, something is incomplete.

Before shifting my path, I spent years as a fashion buyer, thriving in a world of fast decisions and high expectations. Now, as a Breathwork Coach and Holistic Practitioner, originally from Germany and based in Bali, I help others find the same transformation I experienced

A comprehensive approach that integrates your body, mind, and emotions.

Body

Interoception – the ability to perceive and feel the internal state of your body – improves self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being, allowing you to deepen your connection to yourself.

Movement – the ability to utilize the body as a tool of expression – improves the connection to the body and promotes a general sense of wellness and grounding, helping you feel more centered and present in your daily life.

Mind

Awareness – A basic understanding of the nervous system, including the polyvagal theory, reveals how the body, mind, and emotions are connected, enabling you to manage stress and maintain balance with greater ease.

Visualization – The mind’s ability to create mental imagery is a powerful tool for transformation. Visualization helps direct thoughts toward desired outcomes, enhancing mental clarity and focus while fostering a sense of empowerment.

Emotions

Subconscious – By working with the subconscious through modalities like Breathwork, IFS, and active meditation, we can release past conditioning and emotional blocks stored in the body, freeing you to move forward without old patterns holding you back.

Expression – These practices create a safe space for expressing and releasing emotions, allowing participants to process and transform deeply held feelings, building emotional resilience and fostering a deeper connection to one’s true self.

MY PHILOSOPHY

At the core of my work is the belief in nurturing our relationship with ourselves.

This means paying attention to the body, mind, and emotions—the three essential parts that govern how we experience life. 

Often, our emotions are stored in the body, influencing our mental state and resilience without us even realizing it. 

When we suppress these emotions, they build up, reducing our ability to handle stress and life’s challenges effectively.

Through body-based practices like Breathwork, we create space for emotional release, allowing the body to naturally return to a state of balance and flow. 

This work, grounded in the principles of polyvagal theory, helps us shift out of states of stress, such as fight, flight, or freeze, and into a place of resilience, connection, and presence.

Our relationship with ourselves is just like any other relationship—it requires attention and care. 

By listening to the signals of our body and emotions, we deepen our understanding of ourselves, learning how to respond to life’s challenges with greater ease. 

Ultimately, our natural state is one of joy, love, and bliss, and my work is about helping people reconnect with these innate qualities by allowing the body to do what it does best—heal and thrive.

My experieNce

My education includes a wide range of holistic modalities, including breathwork, meditation, touch-work, hatha yoga, and intuitive healing.

In 2021, I completed a 400-hour Practitioner Training with BreathworkBali, where I also became part of the team, running private sessions, public groups, and workshops.

In 2023, I launched my own practice, working with clients globally—both privately and through residencies in hotels—helping them reconnect with themselves and find deeper meaning in their lives.

My approach is not just about healing; it’s about empowering you to rediscover the life that feels aligned and authentic to who you truly are.
